Caleb spearheads our team as a highly-trained and widely-exposed financial analyst. Caleb has surmounted a vast amount of industry-wide experience and has developed expertise within corporate finance, corporate strategy and project finance. He started his career in a retail lending conglomerate, working in the CEO's office, and further progressed by gaining experience across several facets of business, including: fundraising, financial modelling and credit modelling. He proceeded to co-found a tech business which was part of the 10 startups selected to be part of the European Accelerator Program, Startupbootcamp's first African cohort. He served as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), primarily responsible for the business' accounting, legal, compliance and investment management matters. Caleb then worked on infrastructure projects with Zimbabwean investment holding group 'Masawara' before assuming the well-earned role as our CEO.
